Tess Taaca had interests in all mediums, whether it was Fine Art, Photography, Graphic Design, or Tattoo Designs. After graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida, her journey continued onto The Miami Ad School where she pursued Art Direction, while working for an Advertising agency. However, her true passion overcame technology and Tess went back to drawing with raw pigments. Many observers have mistakenly characterized her charcoal and pastel drawings as 'paintings' or 'photographs' due to their realistic qualities.

Tess has included another type of artistic expression, along with her drawing projects. At the present time, she is fine-tuning her passion for Photography. Tess has been blessed to be able to travel the world and presents to the viewers what she sees through her lens. Her photographs are a visionary collaboration of, 'Living in the moment.' Tess' philosophy of her creative life is, "The people I meet and the places I visit will always be an inspiration for me to continue along this artistic journey."

Tess has exhibited her award-winning artwork at the Celebration Of The Arts at the Amalie Arena (2014-16 hockey seasons), the Florida Museum Of Photographic Arts, the online art gallery Light Space & Time, where she has won several awards for her multi-creative style. She has displayed her artwork at several restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. Her artwork has also been featured on the YouTube channel and podcast of Matt and Mattingly's Ice Cream Social on Episode 291: Scoop Fest Vegas 2016 and Episode 397: Scoop Fest Vegas 2017. After years living on the east coast, she moved with her husband to the Seattle area and her creative endeavors continued.

From April to June 2017, she was given the opportunity to exhibit her MONOCHROME photography in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood. This exhibition showcased Tess' talents as a photographer with an artistic eye for detail. Her photographic talent has also been represented by the Puget Sound Honor Flight Network, where she was a staff photographer from May 2017 to September 2018. Due to her fine art expertise, Tess was invited to be a judge in January 2017 and 2018 for the PTA - Reflections Arts & Cultural program in the Bremerton, Washington school district. She is a big supporter for the arts in schools and believes that creativity is important for the growing mind. Southern California is where she, along with her husband, presently call home. But, this is just another chapter of her journey. This ARTIST, PHOTOGRAPHER & WANDERLUST ENTHUSIAST has many collectors of her Fine Art & Photography from coast to coast.
